VENTAIR HIGROSTER air inlet vents serve to supply fresh air to rooms in a controlled way, depending on users’ needs. They are equipped with a hygrometer which controls the amount of air stream, depending on the humidity in the room. They are automatic energy-saving units which stabilize the level of humidity in the rooms. They are intended for gravitational ventilation or mechanical exhaust air ventilation rooms.
An element responsible for automatic control is a hygrometer with a polyamide sensor which checks the relative humidity in the room and directly controls the position of the air inlet vent choke valve. In this way it adapts the ventilation capacity to the level of humidity – the capacity increases when the humidity is considerable, and decreases when it is insignificant. The device is automatic and does not require any source of energy supply.
Thanks to the use of innovative structural solutions tested in VENTAIR MAGNETIC air inlet vent manufactured by our company for many years (symmetrically suspended choke valve, magnetic coupling), it is possible to stabilize the amount of air steam – a unique property for the air inlet vents controlled by humidity sensors. It prevents extensive ventilation, particularly when the wind is strong. In this way, VENTAIR HIGROSTER combines top features of the air inlet vents controlled by humidity sensors and pressure air inlet vents. The device can be closed manually by means of the switch.
A controller with a hygrometer is mounted on the internal side of the window. The intake vent, located outside, protects the slot against rainwater. It also is equipped with an anti-insect net.
The structural elements of the air inlet vent are made of aluminum profiles. To improve heat and acoustic properties of the device, the insulating pads have been used.
